Sometimes you can't help but have fun. Sometimes fun is a choice. At a Naphtali Hawks show, fun is the only option.
Before a sparse crowd at Gia's Fashion Cabaret & Event Centre and despite an attack by a griefer that orbited customers out, Naphtali Hawks, aka Daddy Teacha delivered the only kind of performance he knows how. A whole lotta fun.
If you love reggae, and i don't how you can't, or even if you don't, this UK artist will have you lovin it before you leave. Opening with a reggae version of Unchained Melody set the mood for a lively night. Naphali's clear crisp voice delivered a wide variety of music all done to a reggae beat. With covers like Waiting in Vain, You Sexy Thing and Stay, you wonder why they weren't reggae songs in the first place. And with a host of reggae classics like One Love, Feel Alright and Blessed Love, Naphtali Hawks makes every song his own. He is engaging and doesn't forget his audience for one second. He is aware of those around him and is sure to include his audience in his songs. Working their names to fit the songs or changing the songs to fit their names, you can't help but feel alright to the rants put forth by Daddy Teacha. No matter where the conversation goes in the crowd, he is sure to acknowledge it and and more sure to sing about it.
Napthali is a great performer. He has one of the finer voices in second life and he sends that message with every note. Fun is in his voice and he appears to be having as much fun as the crowd. The twenty or so people in attendance sure got that message. Hey Girl, Hold On To My Love and My Time were favorites of this ganga smoking audience.
If second life is about having fun, then Napthali Hawks is second life. His performance is electrifying and contagious. His backup dancer was a lot of fun too. Be sure to add Napthali Hawks to your next night out in second life.
